Our story

Technology services company, based in Jinja

KTSMC was founded in 2019 in Jinja, Uganda. We started as a software development and technology services operation, building digital tools where payment infrastructure, device constraints, and connectivity requirements demand locally-informed technology decisions.

Our first major platform, SunKazi, launched in 2023. It is a full-stack PAYGo system handling payment collection via MTN and Airtel APIs, customer and device management, field agent workflows, and ownership tracking. In 2024 we expanded operations into Rwanda and grew to six districts across both countries.

Alongside our own platforms, we provide software development, payment integration, and managed hosting services to clients operating across the region.

We are reachable when things go wrong. Our team is in the same timezone as our clients and responds directly — not through a ticketing system with a 48-hour SLA.
